Nalta is a Nashville ladies league that plays twice a year, spring and fall. There are many team levels from beginner to advanced. Matches are 4 courts of doubles. Senior and super senior matches are 3 courts of doubles. Super Sr. plays on Mon. Senior plays on Tues. Working women play on Sun. All other matches play Thurs. If you would like to play and do not have a team, contact MTA.
